Our General Principles state that: "The guide, well formed in the Ignatian process of growth helps the community to discern the movements at work in the individuals and the community, and helps them to maintain a clear ideas of the CLC goal and process. ...The guide assists the community...to find and to use the means needed for the community's formation and its mission...."

Formation leaders across CLC USA have asked for training for guides for both new and existing communities and many current guides want additional formation.  We had to cancel a planned Guide Training in 2020 because of the pandemic and rather than delay further, have decided to offer a virtual course.
