Please Remember CLC-USA in Your Charitable Giving and Estate Planning

As CLC-USA moves into the future, and is called upon to provide additional programs and ministries, more funding will be needed.  Some examples of ministries and programs to be supported include:

• Spirituality ministries and formation programs.  These ministries are critical to our very existence and to defining who we are as individuals and as an Ignatian lay community.  We want to grow these programs.  Members who cannot afford travel and registration to these formation programs are partially subsidized by CLC-USA.

• Expanding the successful guides’ formation program that CLC-USA has been growing over the last several years.

• Initiatives in creating new groups in the Spanish-speaking community.

• Initiatives to form Young-Adult communities.

• Programs related to implementation of the World CLC-designated Four Frontiers: Youth and Young Adults; Family; Poverty, Migration and Globalization; Integral Ecology.

• Defraying travel and other expenses for the CLC-USA National Ecclesial Assistant.

• Assisting with expenses to support a part-time staffer for CLC-USA.  We have no paid employees at this time.  Both past and present Executive Council (ExCo) members and the current ExCo team believe it imperative to have such a support staff to free them up to adequately meet the needs of our community.  Currently, ExCo members are required to do all the administrative behind-the-scenes and back-up support work themselves.
