1. Check-in to St. Martin Resident Hall
Temporary parking is available for unloading by St Martin Residence Hall on Vickroy Street. There are stairs this way. See campus map above. You may find it helpful to print out the map before you arrive.
If you require assistance carrying luggage, take Stevenson Street (on the east side of campus), turn west on Seitz and south on Upper Magee. There you will see a short driveway where you may unload your luggage onto a golf cart. You will be driven to St. Martin Resident Hall to check-in. Golf cart service is available from 1-5 pm.
St. Martin Hall has 24-hour staffing at the front desk. Request your room key at the front desk and place your luggage in your room. You will also be given your parking permit there IF you provided your vehicle information in advance.
2. Park in the Forbes Garage, building #34 on the map below, entering from Forbes Avenue. You may park anywhere but Floor 8, Blue Level, (open to sky) puts you on the same level of the skywalk that takes you to registration. Park on Floor 7, Gray Level if you want your car to in a covered garage.
3. Walk across the skywalk and enter the Power Center building, #32. Take a quick right into the Shepperson Suite where you may register.
Park in the Forbes Garage, building #34, on the map below, by entering from Forbes Avenue. You may park anywhere but Floor 8, Blue Level, (open to sky) puts you on the same level of the skywalk that takes you to registration. Park on Floor 7, Gray Level if you want your car to in a covered garage.
Walk across the skywalk and enter the Power Center building, #32. Take a quick right into the Shepperson Suite where you may register.
The process for getting your parking permit differs based on whether you have paid in advance and provided vehicle information and whether you are a commuter or staying overnight. Please see the chart below:

In other words, your parking permit will be available at the following locations for pickup if you purchased it and provided vehicle information in advance:
- St. Martin Resident Hall if staying overnight
- Power Center at registration if you are a commuter
If you did not purchase it in advance, you may buy a parking permit from the Conference & Event Services Office near registration in the Shepperson Suite in the Power Center. $12/day. Then you may pickup the permit at the Parking Office located on the 2nd floor of Duquesne Union. Closes at 4:30 pm.
For persons attending only a few events, parking is available in the Forbes Garage at an hourly rate.
